There is one weight loss technique which is guaranteed never to fail: burn more calories than you consume.
How can we do that? Most of us are surrounded by temptations like holiday candy, office parties, happy hours or Happy Meals. How can a person lose weight naturally without following a strict diet, or taking pills?
First, eat a big breakfast, medium lunch, and a small dinner. For example, if you eat 1500 calories a day, consume a 700-800 calorie breakfast, a 500 or so calorie lunch, and the remaining calories at dinner time. When you eat a large breakfast, you feel less tired during the day, and won't feel the need for a pick-me-up snack around 3:00 p.m. Logically, you will burn more calories during your daily activities than you will burn in your sleep. Without changing anything else, you are already on your way to losing weight naturally.
Second, bring a nutritious bag lunch to work. When you eat out, you will likely be served a meal packed with extra fat and salt. Try to limit lunches out to once or twice a week. If you need to meet clients at restaurants, arrange a breakfast meeting.

Exercise and weight loss go together like chocolate cake and saddlebag thighs. Sure, you can lose weight without exercise, but it won't be the kind of weight loss that lasts and your body won't look half as good as it could if you take some exercise along with your reducation in fat and calories.
